Find your perfect stick length

Silva Running adjustable poles are available in 2 different length ranges to find the most suitable pole length for your height. Choose between 100-120 cm and 120-140 cm. Find your right pole length by measuring the distance between the ground and your hand, with your elbows next to your body, bent at an angle of approximately 90 degrees.

Adjustable poles - perfect for extreme climbs and long flat sections
The fact that these poles are adjustable also allows you to change the length of your poles, making them suitable for sessions and races with extreme climbs and long flat sections. You never have to compromise on the right length, just adjust the length with the simple aluminium Flicklock. It is a quick lock that ensures the poles are reliable to run with and minimizes your transition time from folded to full use. The poles have extended handles so you can adjust your grip depending on how steep the terrain is.

Smart Z-fold
The poles are easy to attach to your running vest or running backpack thanks to the clever Z-fold, which means the poles are folded into 3 parts.

Quick release glove
The quick-release gloves provide freedom of movement and are made of breathable material to keep you comfortable despite long hours of running in all weather conditions.

The poles are already prepared for all seasons and all types of terrain. Your pair of Silva running poles includes replaceable rubber feet and snow baskets to complement the concave carbide tips.
