Gebruikte eerst oplosbare elektrolyten maar mijn softflask verkleurd daar helemaal van. Nu gewoon water mee en tijdens bv. een ultra ieder uur een capsule. Smaakloos en meteen de optimale dosering. Neem er na een run vaak ook nog eentje voor herstel. Werkt prima, topproduct!
