How is the Näak Ultra Energy Puree™ sustainable? Näak Purees are certified organic and contain upcycled ingredients. All ingredients are fully traceable and locally sourced.
How often should I use Näak Ultra Energy™? We recommend eating a Puree every 45-60 minutes while exercising. If you are racing an ultra, we recommend an energy intake of 300 to 350 Kcal per hour. You can achieve this by using one Puree in combination with other Näak Ultra Energy™ products.
What are BCAAs used for? The branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. They are known for reducing muscle fatigue and optimizing energy reserves.
How well are proteins digested during exercise? The proteins in Näak Ultra Energy™ Purees are highly digestible and are efficiently absorbed during exercise. We recommend training your stomach at least 4 weeks before the race.
