A forest run is a running competition through the forests of Beek. The surface is not paved. The course is over hilly terrain. A forest run is run over 2 Sundays. A separate ranking is made every Sunday. The winter forest run is held on 2 Sundays, meaning an awards ceremony is held every Sunday. There is no longer a final ranking.
