Size advice Compressport
First, a bit of general advice. For socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.
For compression products: If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You'll still benefit from the compression. Your muscles swell during exercise, and your size should allow for a certain margin to prevent a tourniquet effect and thus restricting blood flow.

Description
Compact while running. The small shape fits easily in a trail vest, belt, or pocket and is especially convenient when you don't want to carry more drink than necessary.
Quiet as it empties. The soft flask contracts while drinking, leaving less air and sloshing behind. Especially on descents and at a higher pace, you notice that it adds little movement.
Choose it for short to medium distances or as an extra flask alongside your main supply. For long trail runs without regular refilling opportunities, a larger soft flask offers more reliability.
Good if compactness is more important than maximum drink capacity.
