Thanks to the gently rolling sections and varying terrain, the Brabantse Kempen offers something unique for every level. The area is quiet and unspoilt, allowing you to fully enjoy the silence and nature, with only the sound of birds and the wind as company. For trail runners who love adventure and natural beauty, the Brabantse Kempen is an absolute must.
A trail cup is increasingly mandatory at trail runs to reduce waste and promote sustainability. By allowing participants to bring their own cup, organizers avoid the use of disposable cups and protect nature. This fits in with the self-sufficiency that comes with trail running and saves costs.
