Do HOKA shoes run true to size?
Most models run true to size. The Speedgoat is a bit narrower at the front. If you have wide feet, choose the Wide version.

Isn't a lot of cushioning unstable on the trail?
HOKA uses a wide base and a lowered foot position in the midsole, which makes the shoes more stable than they look.
