How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Description
Description
Built to hold speed on technical terrain. The dual layer of springy cushioning and parallel carbon plates give a firm, direct and clearly propulsive feel. You notice the shoe helping you run efficiently especially on long climbs, fast flat sections and when accelerating out of corners.
Aimed at long, intense trail races. The fit supports the foot when the terrain gets rougher, while the higher collar helps keep out stones and other grit. The breathable upper stays relatively airy even during wet or intense kilometres.
The difference becomes clear when fatigue sets in. During ultras and long trail runs, the combination of rebound and plate construction helps keep your push-off active, especially when your legs are no longer fresh. On technical descents, its direct character does call for enough control and experience.
Choose this shoe for speed and efficiency over long, technical trails. Looking for a relaxed, forgiving trail shoe for easy kilometres? A less stiff option suits you better.

Why HOKA?
Why HOKA?
After a long descent or a day in the mountains you feel every step in your legs. That is when you want a shoe that absorbs the impact and still stays stable on rocks and mud. That is exactly why we carry HOKA at Trail.NL.
HOKA makes shoes with plenty of cushioning and a rolling ride, from agile trail running shoes to models for ultras and multi-day hikes. There are Gore-Tex versions for wet weather and wide versions for anyone who needs more room.
For us, HOKA is above all a reliable choice: comfortable, grippy and born in the French Alps, where the brand started in 2009 with shoes for descending faster and with less pounding.
