Stork Trail 2024

Ooievaarstrail 2024 - Trail.nl

The Stork Trail The Poppelse Leij owes its name to the wetland along the Poppelse Leij stream. The valley through which the stream flows attracts many wading birds, marsh birds, and frogs (a delicacy for storks). Storks regularly nest in and around this area, and the nearby farm is therefore also known as the Stork's Nest.
