Description

Light and warm for such a thin layer. The fleece with hollow fibres holds on to warmth and wicks sweat fast. The athletic fit stretches in every direction and the flat seams don't rub under a running vest. Reflective details make you more visible at dusk.

Made for cold runs with lots of pace changes. Think of a wintry long run in the woods, a trip through the Ardennes or a mountain run with long climbs. On the climb you'll notice it keeps feeling dry: open the zip to cool down quickly and zip it up to the chin guard for the descent.

In doubt? Look at the weather. The fabric lets a lot of air through, so in wind, rain or long stops you'll need a jacket on top. Above roughly ten degrees it quickly gets too warm for most runners.

In short: a warm, breathable layer for cold trail runs, with the zip as your thermostat.

Can I wear this shirt as a base layer?

Yes. Dynafit designed it as a first or second layer for winter. Next to the skin it wicks sweat fast; over a thin base layer it works as a light midlayer.

Is this shirt windproof or waterproof?

No. The fleece is very breathable. In wind or rain, wear a wind or rain jacket on top.

Does the shirt stay fresh?

The fabric has a Polygiene odour treatment and dries quickly, so it stays fresh for longer.

What's the difference with the Alpine Long Sleeve Tee?

Both are made from the same warm fleece. This version has a half zip with chin guard; the Alpine Long Sleeve Tee has no zip but a snug-fitting hood.
