Description

Energy and electrolytes in one bottle. One 45 gram scoop in 500 ml of water gives you 38 grams of carbs and 350 mg of sodium. That way you top up both energy and salt every hour.

Glucose and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. Cassava maltodextrin, cane sugar and dextrose provide the carbs, with potassium, magnesium, BCAAs and vitamins too. You notice it most after a few hours in the heat, when you sweat a lot and keep drinking.

One bag for 13 bottles. The 585 gram bag holds 13 servings with a peach-rosemary flavour. The ingredients are organic.
