Description

Everything in one gel for the hard hours. Each gel delivers 19 to 21 grams of carbs, 125 mg of sodium, 1425 mg of amino acids and 35 or 70 mg of caffeine. The gel is fairly thick, so take a sip of water with it.

For the moments it gets really tough. You take it in the second half of an ultra, during a night section or just before a long climb. Exactly when your focus starts to slip, you notice what the caffeine does.

Not sure? Cold Brew Coffee contains 70 mg of caffeine, the other flavours 35 mg. Don't want caffeine? Choose the regular Roctane.

How many gels are in a box?

A box contains 24 gels of 32 grams. You can also buy a single gel.

How much caffeine does it contain?

Cold Brew Coffee contains 70 mg per gel, Blueberry Pomegranate, Vanilla Orange, Cherry Lime and Chocolate Coconut 35 mg. For comparison: a cup of filter coffee contains about 100 mg.

What's the difference with Roctane without caffeine?

Carbs, sodium and amino acids are almost the same. The difference is the caffeine and the flavours. Chocolate Coconut contains slightly fewer carbs at 19 grams.

Do I need to drink water with this gel?

You don't have to, but the gel is fairly thick. A few sips of water make it go down more easily.
