The Spring Run Eerbeek was always organized by Rotary Club Eerbeek-Zutphen.
This club was dissolved last year because there were too few members. This also threatened to cause the Lenteloop to be lost. The Lenteloop is now organized by Actief Eerbeek, an event that connects people and gives substance to the active goal of the foundation.
Every year runners can measure their performance here and try to improve it. The collaboration partners in the organization are Actief Eerbeek, Landal GreenParks, the Veluwelopers and cycling association Last Gear.
Landal GreenParks was chosen for the starting location, which underlines the green character of the course. This also gives the necessary quality to the event that runs through one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands.
The surrounding forest owners make their sites available under conditions, conditions that are respected and supported by us and the participants. Proceeds from the Spring Run support local charities.

About Eerbeek
Located in the province of Gelderland, Netherlands, Eerbeek is a charming village known for its enchanting natural environment and rich industrial history. Surrounded by vast forests and heathlands, Eerbeek is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The Veluwezoom, the oldest national park in the Netherlands, is just a stone's throw away and offers a beautiful landscape of rolling hills, open heathlands and dense forests.
The village itself has an interesting history that is closely linked to the paper industry. Paper mills were active in Eerbeek as early as the 17th century, and this industrial background has shaped the village. Today, traces of this history can still be found in the architecture and local museums.
Eerbeek is also a starting point for various walking and cycling routes that lead visitors through picturesque landscapes and past historical sights. With its combination of natural beauty and cultural heritage, Eerbeek offers a unique experience for anyone wanting to explore the Dutch countryside.
