This weekend you can participate in the Netherlands two events. The Otterlo Trailrun "summer" You can still register for this event. You can participate in the 10 km, 21 km and 30 km on Saturday. The Veluwe Ultra TrailThis one is already completely sold out.

During my longer runs I listen to a lot of books and podcasts. An interesting podcast is Everyday Ultra. Trainer Joe Corcione invites various guests to talk about their adventures.

What are we testing?
We're always trying out or testing gear. Right now, it's Instinct Trail clothing, specifically the 2-in-1 shorts. We already have a few of those, but finding the right shorts that don't chafe and can carry enough gear is a never-ending quest. We sell the vests from Instinct and are very happy with it.
