Description

A beanie with two layers. Inside sits a close-fitting Altitude Air cap, with an insulating outer layer over it. It stays in place and keeps your head warm.

Warm, but not stuffy. The fabric lets plenty of air through and has a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment. The stretchy hem closes over your ears, so the wind can’t get under it.

You notice the difference on cold mornings and bleak ridges. When you warm up on a climb, the beanie moves moisture away, and on the descent it keeps your ears out of the wind. Folded, it easily fits in a pocket of your vest.

Choose this beanie for really cold or wet days. In milder weather a headband is often enough.

Waarom Wise?

Wise komt uit Annecy, aan de voet van de Franse Alpen, en maakt uitrusting speciaal voor ultra trailrunning. Van jassen en broeken tot rugzakken en kleine onderdelen voor je verplichte uitrusting: alles is bedacht voor lange dagen op de trail.

Voor ons is Wise vooral een nuchtere keuze voor de lange afstand: functioneel, doordacht en zonder overbodige franje.
