Description

Gloves that are truly waterproof, not just water-repellent. Wise based them on gardening gloves: a double coating keeps water out, even after hours of rain. They feel sturdier than a thin running glove.

Warm inside, tough outside. The acrylic fleece lining keeps your hands warm and the palms are reinforced against wear, also when you run with poles. The elastic cuff fits snugly, even over your watch.

You notice them most when it is wet and cold at the same time. In sleet on a mountain pass or cold rain on a long descent, wet hands quickly lose feeling. With these gloves you keep your grip on poles and flasks.

Choose the Storm Gloves for really bad weather. For dry, chilly days a thinner glove is more comfortable.

Wise komt uit Annecy, aan de voet van de Franse Alpen, en maakt uitrusting speciaal voor ultra trailrunning. Van jassen en broeken tot rugzakken en kleine onderdelen voor je verplichte uitrusting: alles is bedacht voor lange dagen op de trail.

Voor ons is Wise vooral een nuchtere keuze voor de lange afstand: functioneel, doordacht en zonder overbodige franje.
