Description

A short that carries your gear. The wide, stretchy waistband has room for 500 ml soft flasks, gels and keys, and there is a pocket for your phone on your thigh. That way you have everything to hand without a vest.

Stable with a full load. A flat drawcord with a knot gives extra hold when you run hard or carry a lot. On long descents you notice that flasks and phone don’t bounce.

Comfort for the long hours. The inner brief stretches far with little compression, with a forward-shifted crotch seam and a large gusset. The opening in the inner brief lets you pee without pulling the short down.

In doubt? Choose the 532 if you want to run self-sufficient. For short loops with little gear, a simple short is nicer.

Wise komt uit Annecy, aan de voet van de Franse Alpen, en maakt uitrusting speciaal voor ultra trailrunning. Van jassen en broeken tot rugzakken en kleine onderdelen voor je verplichte uitrusting: alles is bedacht voor lange dagen op de trail.

Voor ons is Wise vooral een nuchtere keuze voor de lange afstand: functioneel, doordacht en zonder overbodige franje.

Do I wear underwear under the Short 532?

No, the built-in inner brief replaces your underwear. It uses the same fabric as the Wise Tight 330.

How much can I carry?

The waistband carries 1.3 litres, with pockets for 500 ml soft flasks and a 150 ml pocket. On the thigh there is a 250 ml pocket for your phone or food.

Can I carry poles?

Yes, the back of the waistband has four loops for quicklaces or poles.

How much does the short weigh?
