Description

Easy everyday road trainer. The Aero Blaze 4 is a neutral shoe with medium cushioning, made for relaxed endurance runs and short to mid-length distances. It works best on asphalt, bike paths and smooth paved routes.

Rolls through smoothly. The toe sits slightly raised, so your foot rolls from heel to toe more easily. You notice it most at the end of a long run, when you're tired and your push-off is weaker.

Airy upper, grip for dry ground. The mesh is flexible and breathable and fits a bit snugger around the midfoot. The outsole is made for flat, firm surfaces; on mud, wet grass and loose paths you miss tread, and a trail shoe is the better choice.

Pick it for everyday kilometres on the road. Need more support or grip off-road? Look at a more stable shoe or a trail shoe.

The GRVL has an outsole with low lugs for gravel. This version is meant for asphalt and other paved surfaces.

Can I use my own insole?

Yes, the insole is removable. You can replace it with your own (orthopaedic) insole. Thickness and shape do determine how much room is left in the shoe.
