The Airflow is made entirely of mesh, so it ventilates more. The Technical Running Hat has closed panels with laser-cut vents.

What size is the cap?

There is one size with an adjustable strap. According to Runr it fits head circumferences from 55 to 65 cm, slightly roomier than the other Runr caps.

Does the cap dry quickly?

Yes. The fabric wicks sweat and dries quickly, even on long warm runs.
