How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Made for long distances on the road. The R1 is Mount to Coast's road shoe, designed for ultras of 100 km and beyond, multi-day events and long runs. The nitrogen-infused LightCELL midsole feels light and springy, while the GOFLOW geometry keeps your stride rolling smoothly.
Cushioning that lasts. The midsole contains ZeroSag inserts, developed with BASF, that hold their shape. You notice this most in the final hours of a long run, when your form fades and a shoe that packs out would tire you even more.
A fit you adjust on the go. With the TUNEDFIT system of two separate laces, you adjust the forefoot and midfoot independently, handy when your feet swell. The outsole is rubber without lugs, so for muddy or technical trails a trail shoe is the better choice.
Choose it for road ultras, marathons and long runs on paved surfaces.
