How do I fill the Drinkflask with Drink Mix?

Remove the cap with bite valve and fill the flask with 500 ml of water. Add one sachet of Drink Mix, close the cap securely and shake until the powder is fully dissolved.

How do I clean the flask?

Wash it in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher, top rack only. Let it dry upside down in a rack, and wash it before first use too.
