Slim jacket for running

I did not buy this (~160gram) jacket for running, but as a light weight rain and wind jacket (replacing a 100gram wind jacket) for using while sailing and similar activities where the weather can shift quickly. I'm 174cm/78kg athletic build and first ordered Medium. The fit is slim (as it should be, but maybe a bit tight for me) and for the typical runner I think it would fit perfectly. As I also want to be able to layer it on top of my life jacket while sailing I had to size up to Large and it fits slightly loose but still with good length fit for the arms. I ordered colour Chalk to reflect sun and reduce heat especially while using it as a windbreaker.
