Stays in place while you move. The wide underbust band and the racerback keep the top stable, even when you move a lot during a long run or yoga class. The flat seams mean little chafing.
For running, yoga and training. On an easy long run or in the gym it works fine. On high-impact or intense runs you notice that the support quickly reaches its limit.
