Is the sock really waterproof?

Yes. Between the outer and inner layer sits an X-Dry membrane with a hydrostatic head of over 7,500 mm, and Extremities offers a waterproof guarantee. Of course it can't stop water that runs over the top of the sock.

What's the difference with the Evolution Waterproof Sock Short?

The Long reaches to just below the knee and also protects your lower leg. The Short comes just above the ankle, is lighter and suits mild weather better.

Is the sock breathable?

The membrane is breathable, so some moisture from your foot can escape. A waterproof sock does stay warmer than a regular running sock.

Which size should I choose?

Pick the size that covers your shoe size: 36–38, 39–42, 43–46 or 47–49.
