At Spanish brand Buff, almost all products are one size. For example, the neck warmers, which we often call a "Buff," are available in one size, except for children's models. Buff does use two sizes for its caps. You can find out which one you need in the size chart below.
It's best to measure your head with a tape measure around the thickest point. Don't hold it too tight.

Especially handy in changing conditions. You can wear it as a neck warmer against wind or sun and quickly switch to a headband or hat along the way. You will notice this particularly during longer trail runs where temperature, wind, and sun exposure change frequently.
Comfort remains good during active use. The seamless construction minimizes irritation, and the fabric dries relatively quickly after exertion. Additionally, the sun protection makes it suitable for open trails and during long days outdoors.
Choose this one for versatility and lightweight comfort. For cold winter training, a thicker, insulating neck warmer is more suitable.
