How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Undecided between a comfortable all-round trail shoe and a fast racing shoe? Choose the Lone Peak 9+ if you are looking for versatility, grip, and plenty of toe room. For short, fast races or a sleek, direct running feel, other models are more suitable.
