Heavy-duty rain protection and maximum breathability in an ultralight, ultra-compact package. Designed to withstand any storm and any activity, the Thunderstorm Waterproof 25/75 Jacket is THE ultimate rain protection for your next outdoor challenge. Made from unique Japanese fabric with carefully sealed zippers and seams, this jacket combines 25,000 Schmerber waterproofing (that's 2.5 times more waterproof than our Hurricane 10/10 model) with an exceptional 75,000 Schmerber breathability.
On top of the 3-layer membrane, our special DWR treatment ensures that rain will bead up and off the surface of the jacket. Simply put, water can get out but not in, and your base layers will stay comfortably dry no matter how hard you go or how hard the rain is. True to Compressport standards, the overall cut is tailored to prevent excess material from rustling, getting in your way, or parachuting out when you’re running downhill. A specific pattern around the base of the neck ensures that the hood never obstructs your vision, while 10/10, 4-way stretch forearm tabs provide comfort and convenience for quickly checking your watch on the go.
The self-locking, ergonomic zip features a full-length doubler and a garage at the top for added waterproofness and protection. Reflective logos on the front and back and webbing around each wrist provide enhanced visibility and safety in low-light conditions.
