🔥 Sun. 1 February - Store Opening
Our new store at Maasstraat 37 in Amsterdam has been open for a few weeks now, of course. Is it completely finished yet? No, I don't think it's ever 100% finished. But our name recently went up above the facade, so it's time for a celebration.
On Sunday, February 1st, from 12:00 to 17:00, we are open to anyone who would like to come and take a look.
🔥 Do. February 12 - Runbrandt Strava Art
- Ever wanted to run in the dark and experience that real sense of adventure? This edition has it all. 🌙🏃♂️🔦
- We'll run a mystery Strava Art route, in the dark, wearing headlamps.
- We colab on this night with Petzl: an iconic brand in the trail and running world, trusted worldwide for night runs, ultras and mountain adventures. Reliable lighting, built to move with you.
- Petzl will bring a limited number of test headlamps (around 30), allowing runners without their own lights to join (first come, first serve.)
- 🎁 Bonus: two Petzl Swift LT headlamps will be raffled among participants .

- 👥 Level: Open to all levels, social pace, no one left behind
💡 Lighting: We run in the dark. Lights or reflective gear are required. Petzl test lamps available, first come, first serve.

- To discover the MARATHON DES SABLES and meet us in person, we're organizing a Euro Tour in several European cities.
- On the agenda: workshops, talks about running an ultra-marathon in the desert, social running club and networking.

Frequently asked questions about the social runs
Are your social runs free?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends a bit on who we're working with and what exactly we're doing. Sometimes we incur a bit more expense and ask for a symbolic contribution.
Do you always start from the store?
No, definitely not. Sometimes we start at the store, but sometimes we really want to hit the trails, and Amsterdam South isn't the best place for that.
Do I have to be very quick?
We're not all like that ourselves, so no. They're social runs, and the idea is that you can still have a nice chat along the way.

And you can visit our own Trail.NL come and taste the coffee, but of course you can also take it home with you straight away if you like it.
