How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.

More room for your feet on long trails. The wider fit gives your toes more freedom, while the shoe still holds the midfoot and heel securely. That keeps it stable without squeezing your foot.
Grip you can rely on. The outsole bites well on wet rocks, loose stones and muddy paths. You notice the difference with a narrow shoe especially in the second half of a long run, when your feet swell a little.
Built for rough terrain. The upper stays comfortable through long days in the mountains and you can attach a gaiter to keep out sand and stones. The cushioning is firm enough for technical terrain, but it is not a soft ultra shoe.
If the regular Speedgoat feels too narrow, this is the logical choice. If you want maximum softness, go for a more cushioned model.
