The Faster in the smallest size. Lens and temples are more compact, so the glasses don't stick out or slide on a narrower face. You look freely past the bottom of the lens, as there's no frame around it.
The Spectron HD 3 is a fixed sun lens in category 3. In open terrain and full sun you get clear contrast, so bumps in the trail stand out better. You notice it most on fast descents where you want to look far ahead.
Not sure about the size? If regular sports glasses press against your cheeks or stick out far, the M is a good choice. With an average face, choose the Faster L. If you often run in changing light, choose a Reactiv lens.
Choose dark blue or dark grey.
