Handy details on the go. Reflective accents on chest and back make you more visible at dusk. The back is slightly longer, so the singlet stays put when you climb leaning forward.

Often run with a vest or in full sun? Then a shirt with sleeves is the better choice.

You can, but the vest's shoulder straps then sit directly on your skin. For long distances with a vest, many runners prefer a short-sleeve shirt such as the Trail T-Shirt.
