Description

Turns water into a lightly flavoured sports drink. You dissolve an effervescent tablet in your bottle or soft flask and get 320 mg of sodium and 55 mg of potassium. At 10 kcal per tablet the drink stays light.

Handy for long and hot efforts. Think of a long run of a few hours, a summer trail or a session with lots of climbing. You notice it most on hot days, when you sweat a lot and plain water doesn't feel like enough.

Not sure? Choose these tablets if you get your energy from gels or bars and use your drink only for fluid and salt. Need more sodium per bottle? Choose a stronger tablet.

Strawberry Hibiscus contains 20 mg of caffeine, the other flavours don't.
