Description

Made for fast and compact energy intake. This soft flask is ideal for runners who want to carry gels or drink mix in a controlled way during shorter training sessions or races, without extra volume. While running, the flask stays small and stable.

Light and practical on the move. The bottle shrinks as you drink, so it moves less in your vest or hand. You notice it most on technical sections, descents or at higher speeds, when loose gear quickly gets annoying.

Handy for controlled carb intake. Thanks to the scale you easily see how much energy you have left during a training or race. Especially in longer intense efforts, that helps you drink more regularly without guessing.

Torn between this and a bigger flask? Choose this one if you mainly do short to medium sessions and want to stay compact.

Why Precision Fuel & Hydration?

On a long trail or ultra, things often go wrong not in your legs but in your fuelling and salt balance. Too few carbs or too little sodium, and you only notice when it's too late. That's exactly why we stock Precision Fuel & Hydration at Trail.NL.

Every pack shows on the front how many carbs or how much sodium it contains, so you can follow your plan without doing sums. From gels, chews and drink mixes to electrolytes in different strengths: you match it to your distance, the weather and how much you sweat.

For us, Precision Fuel & Hydration is above all a clear choice: mild flavours, clear servings and a brand that takes fuelling and sweat loss seriously.
