Description

A rain jacket that fits over your vest. The back gusset makes room for a race vest up to about 12 litres, and the front leaves space for your flasks. You wear the jacket over your gear and everything stays dry.

Vent without stopping. The zip opens from the top and the bottom, so you can reach your waistband or let air in. The snap tab keeps the jacket half open on a climb, and a band in the hood keeps it in place in strong wind.

You really notice it on an exposed ridge in the rain. Just when you are tired and cooling down, the 3-layer fabric keeps rain and wind out. After the shower, you fold the jacket into its own pocket.

Choose this jacket for ultras with a mandatory rain jacket and for bad mountain weather. For short runs in light rain, a wind jacket is often enough.

How do I wash the jacket?

At 30 °C on a delicate cycle, with liquid detergent and no fabric softener. After a few uses, you can reactivate the water-repellent finish with 10 to 15 minutes in the dryer on a low setting.
