Consumed 90 in one go, without really having practiced, had already been walking for about 12 hours. A bit of water afterwards and had absolutely no trouble!
The same well-tolerated gel x3 with a convenient cap
Super fine gel, handy packaging, and well tolerated. This gel will be my base nutrition during long ultras, supplemented with the Naak Puree and the Precision caffeine gels for the long climbs.
I find the larger capacity of this gel very convenient. For a marathon, I only need to take two with me. The screw cap is easy to open and the flavor is neutral/light lemon. Absolutely great!
No more messing around with half-empty gel containers. I can simply seal this one. So small doses of gel are now possible too.
