The Performance Gaiter prevents small debris from interrupting your run. During trails with sand, pebbles, leaves, or mud, your shoe stays cleaner, meaning you have to stop less often to take something out of your shoe.
The lightweight stretch fabric moves smoothly with you while walking. Around the ankle, the gaiter fits snugly enough to stay in place without causing irritation or a constricting feeling. Especially on technical trails, you notice how pleasant it is to be able to keep walking without chafing dirt.
The attachment system keeps the gaiter stable when the terrain gets rougher. Even during longer descents or fast sections, it stays securely in place without coming loose. This provides extra peace of mind during long trail days or races.
If you mainly run on asphalt or wide, well-maintained paths, you probably won't get much use out of this gaiter. It really comes into its own on messy and unpaved trails.
