Description

More cushioning with flexible support. The sole feels softer and less stiff than a highly corrective insole. As a result, it is well-suited for running, walking, and workouts where comfort is paramount.

The support moves with your foot. This allows for a natural rolling motion without the foot feeling completely free in the shoe. You will notice this especially when your feet tire during longer distances and extra cushioning becomes welcome.

Suitable for various arches. Choose this insole if you are primarily looking for comfort and light support in an average to wider-fitting shoe. If you prefer a lot of structure or very firm guidance of the foot, a more stable model would be a better fit.

Superfeet makes insoles for running, walking and sports. You choose based on your arch height and the room in your shoe: from a thin insole for snug shoes to a softer insole for roomier shoes. If your shoe is just a bit too roomy, there is also a volume reducer.

Will this insole fit in my shoe?

Take the old insole out of your shoe and compare it with the Superfeet. Trim it along the edge of your old insole if needed. It fits best in shoes with medium to roomy volume. If your shoe is snug, choose a thinner insole such as the Sport Ultralight.

How long does a Superfeet insole last?

Superfeet itself mentions a lifespan of up to about 12 months. If you run a lot of kilometers, replace it sooner.
