Description
Description
The warmest waterproof sock DexShell makes. The inner is terry loop in a merino wool blend: thick, soft and insulating. Around it sit a waterproof Porelle membrane and a sturdy knitted outer.
Made for proper winter days. Think winter walks, snow, ice and cold rain, and long trips where you also stand still. The sock reaches mid-calf, so you're covered in higher boots too.
You notice it most after a few hours outside. Right when wet, cold feet would normally start to bother you, it stays warm and dry. The thick inner also adds some extra cushioning.
In doubt? Choose this one if warmth matters most. Want to run, or are your shoes snug? Then go for the thinner Running Lite 2.0.

Why DexShell?
Why DexShell?
Wet feet after ten minutes of rain or one deep puddle: on a long winter run or walk that's no fun. Normal socks and gloves get soaked and cold fast. That's exactly why we carry DexShell at Trail.NL.
DexShell makes waterproof socks, gloves and hats with three layers: a knitted outer, a waterproof and breathable Porelle membrane and a comfortable inner. There are light socks for running and thick, warm models for snow and cold.
For us, DexShell is above all a practical choice: dry feet, hands and head when the weather turns, in socks, gloves and hats that feel like normal ones.
