Particularly noticeable during intensive training sessions and on hilly terrain. When you want to tightly control your pace or better analyze effort on climbs and descents, the sensor clearly delivers more detail and faster feedback.

If you are looking for extra training insights and more accurate running data, this is a strong addition to a COROS watch. For recreational runners who mainly view basic data, it is less necessary.
