THIS 60 GRAM SURVIVAL BLANKET IS DURABLE ENOUGH TO BE USED MULTIPLE TIMES AND REFLECTS 90% OF YOUR BODY HEAT WHEN THE SHINY SIDE FACES IN.
When facing outwards, the shiny side reflects the sun’s infrared rays to keep you cool. When bivouacking, the 190g can be used as a tent groundsheet with the shiny side up to reflect heat into the tent and keep moisture out.
Warning: Do not use this survival blanket during a thunderstorm or near incandescent materials.

To stay warm, place the silver side against you to trap your body heat and capture the sun’s infrared rays. To stay cool in the extreme heat, place the silver side out to reflect the sun’s rays and let your body heat escape.
