Put on a pair of sports socks and stand on a piece of paper. Draw the outline of your foot.
Measure the length from your longest toe to your heel.
Repeat this for your other foot and compare the measurements with our size chart to determine the correct size.
If the length falls between two sizes:
- Choose a size smaller for a tight fit or narrow feet.
- Choose a size larger for a looser fit or wide feet.
