Put on a pair of running socks and stand on a piece of paper. Trace the outline of your foot.
Measure the length from your longest toe to your heel.
Repeat this for your other foot and compare the measurements with our size chart to determine the correct size.
If the length is between two sizes:
- For a tight fit or narrow feet, choose one size smaller.
- For a looser fit or wide feet, choose a size larger.
