Size advice Compressport

First, a bit of general advice. For socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.

For compression products: If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You'll still benefit from the compression. Your muscles swell during exercise, and your size should allow for a certain margin to prevent a tourniquet effect and thus restricting blood flow.

Designed for running in extreme heat. The StayFresh Ice Bob combines sun protection with active cooling, so your head stays cooler when the temperature rises.

Stay comfortable in the heat for longer. The breathable mesh panels dissipate heat quickly, while the integrated ice pocket provides space for ice or a wet sponge. You will notice the extra cooling, especially during long climbs, open stretches in the sun, or the final hours of an ultra.

Stays securely in place during intense activity. The elastic closure ensures a stable fit without pressure points, while the wide brim and extended back provide extra protection for the face and neck.

Unsure? Choose this one if heat is a major challenge. For cool or changeable conditions, a lighter, standard running cap is often sufficient.
