With All Systems GPS it lasts up to 50 hours, with dual-frequency GPS up to 34 hours. In daily use you get up to 22 days.

Do the maps work offline?

Yes. The Nomad has free worldwide maps with street names and turn-by-turn guidance. Back to Start takes you back along your own route without loading a route in advance.

What is the difference with the Coros Apex 4?

The Apex 4 has a titanium bezel and sapphire glass and is built for mountain sports and ultras. The Nomad is tough but more simply built, with hardened mineral glass, and aimed at hiking, trail running and bikepacking.

Is it suitable for running?

Yes, it works well for trail running. If you mainly want a light, slim running watch, a Coros Pace fits better.
