Merrell MTL Speedarc Peak

Fast and direct on technical terrain. The responsive cushioning works with a flexible carbon plate to support the push-off, while the sturdy upper wraps around the foot during more aggressive running.

Designed for races and high tempos. The grip is developed for both wet and dry surfaces and comes in handy on rocks, technical trails, and steep sections. Especially as fatigue sets in during longer races, you will notice that the construction helps maintain an efficient push-off.

Choose this trail shoe if speed is important, but your course also demands stability and grip. For easy endurance runs or runners who want a lot of flexibility underfoot, it may feel too performance-oriented.

For racing on rough trails, this is the logical choice.
