The pole must support the technique of the user, protect against incorrect movements, absorb possible falls and optimally transfer the power. This is only possible with the right length, which can vary greatly depending on the sport. LEKI therefore offers the possibility to calculate the optimal length of the pole. This handy tool determines the optimal length for the respective sport, in combination with the body height.
