Size advice Compressport

First, a bit of general advice. For the socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.

For compression products: If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You will still enjoy the compression benefits. During exercise, your muscles swell, and your size should allow for a certain margin to avoid a tourniquet effect and thus constriction of the blood circulation.

The Ergoflask 300 ML combines functionality with efficient ergonomics to make hydration easy. While cyclists still use regular water bottles for hydration, those days are long gone in trail running. The smooth outer surface and updated, slimmer shape allow the bottle to easily slide into a bag, belt or pack. Guaranteed leak-proof, it is also very convenient to use while traveling. The wide opening makes the bottle quick to fill at aid stations during a race, saving precious seconds. The flask shrinks as the liquid disappears, preventing sloshing and takes up minimal volume when empty. Eco-friendly and sustainable, the bottle is guaranteed 100% PVC and BPA free, so you can safely use, wash and reuse it. Simply pop it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning when you get home.
