Description
Description
Made for long days on the trails. The generous cushioning feels comfortable and protective as the kilometres add up. The stable base helps most on uneven and rougher ground.
Keeps the wet out better. The GORE-TEX upper is made for rain, wet grass, muddy paths and cold conditions. You notice it most on long runs, when your feet would otherwise keep getting colder or wetter.
Gives confidence as fatigue builds. The grip and protective construction help on rocky sections, loose ground and longer descents. Later in an ultra or a long mountain session is when you feel the benefit of the extra cushioning and stability.
Choose this one for long, wet and rugged trails. For dry, short or fast races a lighter trail shoe makes more sense.

Why Saucony?
Why Saucony?
Many trail runners started out on the road. And chances are they did so in a pair of Sauconys. That's why we think Saucony is such a strong brand for the move to off-road.
With models like the Ride TR and Guide TR you have an ideal shoe for gravel, forest paths and mixed routes. Want to move on to technical trail work afterwards? Then Saucony also has trail shoes like the Xodus and Peregrine that let you take on mud, hills and singletracks with confidence.
At Trail.NL we see Saucony as a brand you can grow with: from your first unpaved kilometres to serious trail adventures. That makes it a logical choice for runners who increasingly want to leave the asphalt.
