Description
The Stormshell Pant V2 is designed to keep you dry without restricting your movement. The fabric feels light and supple, ensuring the pants remain comfortable during climbing, descending, and long runs in bad weather.
During rainy trails, you particularly notice how well the balance between protection and ventilation works. The pants keep wind and precipitation out, while heat and moisture can escape more effectively than with much heavier rain pants. This prevents a clammy feeling during intense exertion.
Also practical on the go. The pants pull on quickly over shoes and trail clothing when the weather changes or when a race organizer mandates full rain gear. Because they fold up compactly, they take up little space in a race jacket or backpack.
If you mainly do short training runs in dry weather, you probably won't use these pants much. They only really come into their own in rugged conditions and during long days outdoors.
