Description

Designed for long days on technical terrain. This ultra-trail vest feels extremely light on the body and stays close to the torso without moving in a bothersome way. Especially during descents and fast sections, you notice how little the vest bounces, even when fully loaded.

Plenty of accessible storage without stopping. The biggest advantage lies in the smart layout where Nutrition, layers and mandatory equipment remain quickly accessible while running. During ultras or races with many changing conditions, this makes a noticeable difference in rhythm and focus.

Stable under load. The angled flask pockets hold soft flasks firmly in place without creating pressure points on the chest. Even when you become fatigued or technical terrain becomes more difficult, the vest continues to feel calm and predictable.

Choose this vest if you want to run efficiently and stably during long ultras. Not if you are primarily looking for a simple vest for short training runs or local loops.

Wise komt uit Annecy, aan de voet van de Franse Alpen, en maakt uitrusting speciaal voor ultra trailrunning. Van jassen en broeken tot rugzakken en kleine onderdelen voor je verplichte uitrusting: alles is bedacht voor lange dagen op de trail.

Voor ons is Wise vooral een nuchtere keuze voor de lange afstand: functioneel, doordacht en zonder overbodige franje.

How much fits in the Running Bag 333?

12 litres in total, of which you can reach about 10 litres without taking the vest off. Around 2 litres at the front, around 9 litres at the back, plus three pockets for 500 ml soft flasks.

Can I carry poles?

Yes. There are pole attachment points on the shoulders and in the middle, and according to Wise the vest works with most quivers.

What is the difference from the Sherpa Max?

The Running Bag 333 is its successor. The flask pockets sit higher, the construction is more flexible and there is a clip under the front zip.

How do I wash the vest?

Machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate or synthetics cycle, without fabric softener. Air dry, do not tumble dry.
