How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Light, springy and built for pace. The rockered sole rolls you smoothly from landing to toe-off, so it's easier to pick up speed and hold it. The carbon plate in the midsole gives a stable, direct feel on uneven paths.
At its best in races on runnable trails. Think of a trail race in the Ardennes, an ultra on wide mountain paths or a fast long run on the Veluwe. In the second half of a long race you feel the difference: the cushioning stays lively and your legs feel less heavy.
Not sure? Look at terrain and pace. On steep, technical descents and rocky paths a lower, more stable shoe feels more secure, and if you mostly run easy, you won't get much out of its fast character. The fit is narrow in the forefoot, so if you have wide feet, try it on first.
